Oula's Highest Standards of Safety

01/07/2020

Since the beginning of the global pandemic related to the Coronavirus; Al-Oula Fuel Company has taken a series of precautionary measures recommended by the concerned authorities, and worked to implement them in all its stations, out of concern for the safety of station employees and customers.
Since the customer entered the station, the company is keen that the worker is committed to all protective necessities, including masks, gloves, and sterilizers, and that the pump is continuously sterilized. The customer is also advised to pay through an initial application, in order to prevent the possibility of any contact.
Oula Company was a pioneer in developing smart solutions for payment methods through its application available on smart phones. After refueling, the attendant scans the QR Code on the customer's phone very quickly and easily, even without the need to open the closed car window. It is worth noting that payment machines through the application are available in all first stations without exception.
In addition, Al-Oula fuel stations have not stopped working since the beginning of the pandemic to meet the needs of their customers in accordance with the controls and standards set by the competent authorities. There are ten stations designated to serve customers around the clock and during curfew hours to serve brothers and sisters in the first grades, namely: Qortuba, Al Shuhada, Salmiya Fifth Ring Road, Salmiya Fourth Ring Road, Wafra, Abdali, Messila, Shadadiyah, Adan and West Shuaiba. As for the remaining stations, they used to receive, according to the permitted hours, customers wishing to refuel or service automatic washing.
Oula Fuel Company was also keen to keep customers informed, on an ongoing basis, about its operations through its official websites and social media platforms in the event of any modification to the curfew and working hours, in addition to circulating awareness messages related to how to deal with the Corona virus.
