Oula Concludes its Healthy Lifestyle Campaign

Oula local fuel marketing company concluded its competition «Weight Loss Challenge» for its employees, which was launched last July and continued until October 31, 2018, as part of its interest in employees in innovative and stimulating ways.
Over the four months during the challenge period, the company followed several steps to help employees lose weight, including sending weekly health tips on healthy food and the types of diets that can be followed to participants. Employees were also rewarded with KD 20 for every 1 kg for the first 10 kilograms they lose, and the amount later increases to KD 40 after the first 10 kilograms. The winner of the first place was awarded with 800 KD after losing 25 kg, followed by the winner of 480 KD after losing 17 kg.
In turn, Eng. Adel Al Awadi, Chief Executive Officer of Oula, said: “The main objective of the event is to encourage employees to enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle".
He added: "Given the great participation we have received in this challenge and the remarkable reactions we have seen among the employees, we will be committed to creating more competitions and challenges that will reflect positively on the health of our employees at all levels."
